About Me PLEASE READ PLEASE READ! Hello current/future clients! I look forward to being your new stylist! If you have any questions about services or prices, feel free to contact me. I will do my best to respond in a timely manner. FYI ALL services excluding braids INCLUDE shampoo. NOTE: In order to service my wonderful clients to my highest capacity, I must set business rules to run my business efficiently. PLEASE READ! DEPOSITS: All deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. No exceptions. SCHEDULING: If the appointment is showing that means it’s available. If not, then it’s not. If anything changes I will reach out promptly. I may reach out to change the time slot to meet business needs but you are not REQUIRED to agree to that change. *TARDINESS AND CANCELLATIONS: I take your time and mine very serious. Excessive tardiness will not be accepted and will cause you to be removed from my client list. You will have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged a late fee. After 25 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled with a 20% of your total service penalty. With that being said, give yourself time to park. You have up until 48 hours before your service to cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged FULL PRICE. THREE “late cancellations” and/or “no show” will cause you to be removed from my client list. If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time to walk in. I hold myself accountable as well. If I arrive late, I will deduct the late fee from your service. (Excluding finishing up a client) DETANGLING: Please come with your hair detangled and ready to shampoo especially if you just came out of a protective style. I will charge extra for excessive detangling whether you read these guidelines or not. PRODUCTS: Please refrain from bringing your own products unless prescribed by a doctor. SQUEEZE IN: Sunday fee - $150 + service cost. Before or After hours fee - $100 + service cost.

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. HairChroniclez has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify HairChroniclez at 5108375832 or hairchroniclez@workmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
